Black Truffle Pesto with Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs Tru Truffle black truffle oil
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in food processor – pulse until coarsely ground
- Heat and serve over your favorite pasta
- Drizzle with Tru Truffle Oil before serving
