Truffle Oil and Kale Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Tru Tuffle Oil
Directions:
- Wash kale, then let dry – very important!
- Sprinkle with the salt and pepper
- Drizzle liberally with Tru Truffle Oil
- Spread on baking sheet sprayed with Pam
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
