I first tried trutruffleoil (the white truffle oil) at a tasting event at Callaway gardens last year and absolutely loved it when dipped in bread, I purchased a couple bottles there and started experimenting with it in different dishes and my husband and I love it (in everything we make)!! I have used it in dishes when I make meals for guests and everyone who has tried it, in meals or as a dipping sauce for bread, in my home loves it and says they have never tried anything like it before. Since last year, I have purchased many bottles, over a dozen (for myself and as gifts). Not only friends and family love it, but my baby (who is still in my belly) makes me crave this stuff like crazy. Since I've been pregnant, I've literally used it in every meal almost!
